Milani's Cocina Boricua was born from a simple belief: nobody should have to travel to Puerto Rico to taste Puerto Rico. What started as cooking for family and friends — pernil slow-roasted until it falls apart, mofongo mashed fresh to order, empanadas crimped by hand — grew into a promise to our community in Middletown.
Our hand-painted menu board says it all: Made with Love. Made for Family. Those aren't just words — they're the recipe behind everything we do. We open our doors six days a week, we cater birthdays, graduations, weddings, and corporate events, and we say ¡bienvenidos! to every guest like they've been here a thousand times.
